A Shoutout To Puerto Rican Nerfers
Posted 02 December 2010 - 06:42 PM
I have been very active in the Midwest scene over the last two years, and would like to organize some events down in PR, whether they be war or modding related. I live in the Mayaguez area, and wouldn't be adverse to driving around the island. Post here and say hi.

its a shame i just moved back from Puerto Rico, as far as i remember when i was done there i did not see many location for nerfing or many people who were to intrested in modifying, then again i was in the "old Puerto rico" but if you find anyone down their i would be very surprise.

I'll try to console myself with the endless sunshine and lovely women. Somehow I'll make it.
I'm very annoyed that Mcmaster doesn't ship to PR. I'm going to be limited even if I just want to make homemades.

I'm sorry I know that you hate to fill a thread with people just sigging random thing people say but this was too good.
As such and more on topic. Its great to hear that the Haven has expanded to new territory
Edit: An after thought- Aren't flat rate boxes the same to ship internationally? I don't know how devoted you are to the cause but you could have someone flat rate you shipments from mcmaster. Just a thought, although it will be really interesting to see what you can come up with using just local stuff. Who knows you may find some radom supplier that has stuff so cheap that you will be shipping it back here. Ambitious thinking? Maybe, but it would be hella cool.

There are always Snaps...
Alternatively though, you could get someone in the States to buy the stuff and have it shipped to you. Shipping may come back to bite you in the ass though.
