First off, open your gun and take out this barrel piece.

Cut the piece as shown in the picture.

Insert a 4in piece of 1/2inCPVC and have 1 in. stick out of the side that had the piece cut off.

Wrap the piece of CPVC in electrical tape until it has an airtight fit in 1/2in SCH 20 PVC. Place an o-ring at the end that will seal the connection.

Remove this piece from the plunger, with a good pry, it should come out.

Now take a 2 1/4in long piece of 1/2in SCH 20 PVC and attach it to the end of the plunger as shown in the picture.

Attach the new plunger rod to the bolt sled by epoxying it. (Same picture I know.)

This is what the new internals look like. As you can see in the picture, the PVC slides over the CPVC and the electrical tape/o-ring creates and air-tight seal.

Before you put the internals in the gun, make sure you have removed all of the pieces shown above.

This is what the internals should look like in the gun.

The boltsled slides back to allow darts to be rear-loaded if necessary. The boltsled is slid back with a removable piece of metal that hooks into the hole that the normal priming handle goes into.

The breech open.

The breech closed.
The other way to load it, “front loaded†is my preferred way. You keep the breech closed and you just pull back the “armed†tube and load a dart in the front.
To do this,

Fasten a 1/2in CPVC t-coupler to the end of the priming rod. It primes and loads like a nitefinder.
Ranges for front loaded.

Ranges for rear loaded

As you can see, rear loaded stefans have the better range.
