It was made out of 1/2" pvc. Metal Ball Valve. Black tennis grip on handles. 5-6 pumps = 100ft(measured)

That thing looks like a hell cannon, very nicely done. What are your ranges and such?

And yes, how did you fit the pump into the coupler?

Very nice. However, does the pump have a built-in check valve? With most pumps, without a one-way valve (usually a stem valve), the air would either:

a) leak out the holes in the back that prevent compression inside the pump itself(i thinkt thats what they're for), or

it just sucks the air right back out and puts it back in.

Its not really as big as it looks since it is made out of all 1/2" pvc.

To get the pump in I used the dremel and sanded out the reducer a bit so it would have a perfect fit.

The pump does have a check valve and does not leak air.

With 5-6 pumps the gun can shoot 100ft consitenly(measured)

The copper barrel just fit perfectly with the coupler so I just added some ductape around the cooper to make it sturdy and give in an extra good seal.

I also put a laser pointer at the top but it is not in the picture.

1) epoxy isnt air tight, thats the "goop"'s job (and pvc glue)
2) You wouldnt knowhow strogn the gun is, so thats just stupid

I really do hope you didn't mean that question... I'm not being negative at all, but please read previous posts before asking a question as useless as that. PVC is a material all on it's own, it is not metal, brass, or plastic. Those three materials are all different elements and compounds (metal isn't an element, but a group of elements). Are you fucking sniffing PVC glue? You stupid ass. Why you would accuse THRIST of being a dumbass, is still unknown to me. Epoxy is for strength, PVC glue is for bondage of PVC. Plumber's Goop is for fucking airtightness and liquid tightness. You are so stupid. Why would it be called "Plumber's Goop" if it didn't seal anything worth a fuck? Hot glue is for temporary airtightness, but it will not last. First you prime the PVC with PVC Primer, then bond the PVC with PVC glue. You then put some epoxy on with the PVC glue. After that, you seal it with Plumbers Goop. You Can then protect your seal with duct tape, and then tape over that with electrical tape, or leave it as is. THINK. God... you have no idea what you are doing, or talking about. Take that can of PVC glue out of your sniffing range, and throw it away until you learn how to use it properly.

Heh, calm down man, I posted that before I knew that it was you, but my reaction would not have changed. I just filled you in on nerfing a few weeks ago, and you act like you know everything.

PVC glue works for PVC. Plumbers "good" as you call it is a very good sealent and adhesive. Plumbers "goop" is very good at sealing almost any type of material. I find that plumbers goop is just as good as bonding PVC as pvc glue. You know on my new blastfire? I used plumbers goop on everything on that gun including bonding pvc, and it hasnt leaked once, and is very solid.

Dont take more than you need. Dont use more pvc glue than you need. If it is going to leak, its goign to leak past the extra layer, and make it harder to pry off and reglue it, and if your IQ is anything above the average refrigerator temperature, your smart enough to apply PVC glue properly...In your homemade did you put gallons on? I should hope not, the stuff is strong, you dont need alot of it.

It just so happens that I have many problems, most of which is none of your bussiness. Although I find nothing wrong with it, you might get a bad reputation using things like "WTF". Dont be lazy, type it out.
