This thread is for sharing pictures of your finished mods and guns in progress. The idea is to provide a gallary to show examples of various modded guns. Please keep comments on the pictures posted to a minimum, or don't comment. If you want to explain the picture please do so.

I'll start with an example of my own:


This is my personal Night finder. It has a cpvc barrel and extra dart holders. The plunger is epoxy'ed back on because it broke off. The shroud over the barrel is 1'' PVC with holes drilled to look all cool and show the craft foam in the space between the barrel and the shroud. The craft foam is in three layers wrapped around the barrel and held with electric tape.

Yes, the x-bow barrel is crooked, I have since re-done pretty much the entire thing so now the barrels are straight. And no, the halo barrel in the picture is not attached to the gun body, it's just laying there. It's straight when it's attached.

I'm more than likely done buying nerf guns, unless I come across one of considerable potential. I've definately moved into the homemade arena (thanks Boltsniper), since I've found that a clip system really solves the ROF problems that some of the guns have, so I really don't find much of a need to buy the high ROF that seem to be popping up everywhere in toy stores. Hence, with my x-bow + clip or at2k + clip, I'm not sure if I'm going to come across something I'll like anytime soon (except a maxshot).

However, I'll still be working on homemades, so I'm far from dead on the site (still check it daily)

Does the clip on the s-n-i-p-e-r rifle work?
If so, how many darts will it hold?

The rifle is not done yet, it needs a trigger and 2 cpvc elbows. The clip holds about 6 darts.

I just need to attached the expanded AT2k chamber and glue the tubing on, put the trigger on, glue the cpvc elbows in, and it's done.

Filter definately got me. Nice one Cx.

I have modded many guns in my past but have painted only a few. Take a gander
The New style NF just has that gay Hump cut off. and CPVC Coupler modded the trigger was WAY old so it's got some Black Sharpie on it from when I was a newb
The Old Style NF is my second Paintjob. the first one was just black with blue fade But this is the first actual Paintjob. Pleas etry to comment on my First (2 Tone) Paintjob.

I recently picked up some Metallic Gold and some Gloss Gray paint so expect some future projects by me!


EDIT: Painted my New Edition NF. Here she be.....It's a New edition NF with the Hump cut off. I also E-Taped the plunger tube. Did a Coupler Mod, and painted it with my New Gloss Gray.
