this is Re_link. no offense or anything but he has had two other concept threads that everyone starting off thought would be cool or some still do. (like this one, it's just not practical to my kind of nerf war) one was about an automatic nerf gun. with no written plans just talking about how cool it would be. yet again, no offense but he has made an admin close both of those threads and make a thread about flaming trolls or something and how to act when you see one. (sorry my forum jargon isn't that good) no harm, just, that ruins all credibility for me.

First you need to think of a few others things.
What games would be fun to play with a Nerf tank?
Where will you be allowed to use this Nerf tank?
Where will you keep this Nerf tank?

Is our hobby big enough yet that we need tanks?

As do I. Maybe he can bring it with him to the next HbH. I'll even pay to have it brought to the war. That way, if it gets cold at the war and the ladies want to retreat to the cars, I can simply pull out my lighter and create a beautiful bonfire.

In all seriousness though, while it would be quite hysterical to see this thing at a war, I highly doubt you are producing it, let alone have the capability to transport something that size anywhere.

No, no you could not. There are two main differences between airsoft and nerf guns.

1.The shit it shoots.

2.The size of the plunger.

The airsoft guns have a small, puny plunger, while Nerf guns have a large, hefty plunger. And while you can make Nerf guns shoot airsoft, the same cannot be said about the reverse. Most airsoft springers just don't have the power to propel anything other than a small piece of plastic.

Oh, I forgot the biggest difference: Nerf is better!

I agree fully. Once I slapped a coupler on my strongest airsoft gun and put a barrel an the coupler and the dart went.... .1 mm therefore that puny tank will not shoot anything larger than a bb. BTW why is this in off topic? Shouldn't this be in homemades?

The creator of this topic hasn't posted since the first post. I highly doubt this will come into realization.
He has no actual pictures of progress, materials, possible realization. We don't need 3+ pages of speculation.

Let this thread die, nothing you post could possibly be useful as he most likely hasn't read any of this.
