There's a war in Central park, sorry to make you click this link but I'm tired. Rules, info, blah blah blah it's in there, I'm trying to expose this as much as I can even though it's practically last minute, because the host set it al up on the old war thread.

Saturday, August 22, 2015 1:30 PM, we play TILL THE SUN GOES DOWN, or when people leave (18:00 or 6:00 PM for you 12 hr noobs)

WHAT TO BRING?
~A foam dart blaster. Anything firing non dangerous nerf darts, buzzbee or boomco (that means no death darts or NBPs stupid exploding darts) [No homemade guis ;c]
~darts, nerf darts buzzbee darts, boomco and off brand china darts
~Water, it's gonna be hot and water is important
~Eye protection. Always better safe than sorry!
~Good attitude. Nobody likes a dick

-You may bring a meelee weapon, they're fun and satisfying to get a kill with
(must be COVERED in foam, no plastic exposed, I'm not dealing with boo boos)


GAMEMODES
Being a 1337 MLG sub-optimal nurf guy from the NIC (we make homemade nurf blasters and they go pew) we will play simple gamemodes. They will be
~3/15
~Capture the flag
~VIP
~Freeze tag
~Maybe experimental types too

RULES
~Don't be a dick. Damnit that's annoying
~Blaster hits will count! It's just easier to count, so don't bring a shield because it will count as a part of you.
~No realistic paintjobs. We've heard the stories, lets not make this one of those
~Call your hits! It's no fun to argue about that, read the NH thread, just call it, it's not that serious.
~Don't shoot/point your blasters at anyone not playing, that sets a bad reputation and can get us kicked out
~Don't say your going on the thread if you're not, you know who you are, it gets annoying expecting more people than who will show up

Conclusion
~Try to bring more people, the more the merrier but hopefully mature people.
~This war will have some plus ones from me, but your friends are cool too!
~You can show up any time, try to be earlier but hey, if life prevails than it's alright
~Comment if you need a blaster and/or darts, I have a surplus but they will need to be returned.

Since this is Nerfhaven, perhaps it's a good idea to clarify if non-dangerous nerf blaster includes homemades? Or perhaps energy on the level of stock or near stock ESLTs and below? Or modified at all? Just to be safe, since this is happening in NYC after all.

Good point. Thanks for mentioning that Aeromech, I forgot to say it's supposed to be a stockish war, with practically superstock. It's not stock, since a few of the guys have flywheels and others have an OMW kits but my friend brought your rainbow. (they were thoroughly impressed) It's supposed to be a no homemades war, super stock and stock only ;/

hope you decide to host future wars, if I can make it I'll attend any super stock war - Saturday's are tough for me though, Sunday is better (due to work)
