I was just wondering if there were any nerfers in central illinois who wanted to play a few different game types in a local park?

I know it's not yet August, but we are having a war in Bloomington (1 hour from the Bradley Campus) next weekend.

His profile says Peoria, IL. That's why I said an hour from the Bradley campus, it's a landmark that almost everybody knows in Peoria.

Guess I should have looked whoops. And Peoria is farther than bloomington for me

We want to host some sweet Chicago area wars, but we don't have a location. There's a tentative attempt to have a war on Aug 16, same day as I'm expecting to teach a HAMP class at the workshop88 hackerspace.

Basic Requirements are:
Permission from landowner to use the area for a toy gun war. Landowner must not be duped into thinking that we'll be playing with mavericks.
Mowed grass or at least dirt. No Effeminate dart-eating shrubbery.
Enough trees for shade and a bit of cover.
400' x 600' space without random dudes w/o goggles walking through it.

Awesome bonus stuff that would be cool and fantastic:

Cover other than trees
Access to setup day prior to war, complete cleanup day after war.
Nearby food and poops.
