1) Pack the item up. Wrap it in bubble wrap and put it in as small a box as you can fit it in with news paper inside to also help protect it.
2) Wrap two strips of packing tape all the way around the box length-wise and width-wise ( make kind of a # out of it ).
3) Print out the adress you are mailing the item to and tape that to the middle-top of the box. Then print your address and tape that to the top left hand corner of the box.
4) Take the package to your post office and say " I need to mail this out". Theyll weigh and measure it and give you a few shipping options. I usually do the 2-3 or 3-5 day shipping. You pay and get a receipt.

O okay, but I know how to ship to the post office but I was wondering if you could print out the shipping label and have the mail man pick it up?
Read my post genius. If you want a tracking number, you will also get this when you print it online.

As a disgruntled Postal worker,I can tell you that if the package has non-stamp postage,is not marked expolsive/flamable/liquid/fragle,does not have ANY previous address info(if box has been reused),is marked with correct return address...we are allowed/supposed to accept the item. It's just up to the carrier if he thinks if the item seems safe....or if he thinks you're asshole, then you go wait in line for a 1/2 hour.
