My problem with the rapid strike is that the magwell won't close can you tell me whats rong

see that white piece of plastic that is connected to the clip release? it looks as if that's not pushed down far enough.

Have you tried to realigning the Dart pushing Mech??? From the looks of the picture it appears to be at a slight angle.

If the problem is a misaligned part, you should try gently pressing on the shell until you find a place where there's no give. What's directly under that point is what's (most) out of place. I say most because it might not be the only thing, just what is hitting the shell.
