Ok I was wondering if there was any nerf wars in NY around Pound Ridge, or just in middle NY. also is there such thing as joining a nerf team like in paintball?

Ok, I don't think anyone has ever heard of this gun. It's a really old gun that i got in like 1999 or sumtin. I forgot the name, but you can raise and lower the barrel so u can shoot upwards, without pointing ur gun upward. It carryed 2 extra darts
like the nitefinder, and had a plunger thingy. I have no idea where it is, but I roughly remember what it looks like. Clear pinkish redish barrel, black trigger, orange cokcer thingy, and the rest blue-ish. And I know it was nerf. I have not yet found this one on any lists. It was probabloy discontinued a long time ago. I swear this is real and is nerf! here's a pic I tried to draw

all mine work in my NF and this new one is for the n-strike. that's why I use stock darts. both mega and sonic work in the old NF that I have and they even work on my modded NF wit no air restrictor

ya since I'm a mario man, I natrually got the DS. I overestimated it. The games are sooo bad for it. My brother has the PSP, I played it, and I loved it. I'm gettin one for my birthday. Also my friend's DS came deffective, it kept forgetting his name and stuff, so it's nothing great. Also how would bending it shoot out the UMD thingy?

my brother did it to his. It **** it up (sorry about that). Every game's text was either some other language that I don't know, or it just dissorted the text. Plus he couldn't get it shut. And when I was plugging the power cord into the XB, I got shocked! It wasn't bad, but it hurt! I don't suggest it to newbies. I ended up buying an xbox for myself

ya that's really nice. If you want it to look realalistic, give the NF it self some paint and the PVC handles and barrels some paint too. Otherwise looks really great! And is it a pain to reload? Because you have to take off the front

I don't recomend the Maverick. 1 because mine always jammed and I had 2 of em. 2 it was big and bulky and heavy in the front. 3, ummm, because when I had friends over we played and no one wanted the mavericks but wanted the nitefinders! I personally don't recomend them. Did I mention the reloading system is a pain and jam's?

The way it jammed was I put a dart in this one hole and it kept on just popping up! Not the dart but the chamber was bad. Plus the darts sometime's popped out just enough to jam so I got shot when unjamming it. I personally don't recomend it stock because if you mod it you might fix these flaws.

Hello.
I used to be on these forums a while back-hated disliked for crappy typing. Well it's changed. Don't ask me why. Anydangway, to Longshot owners, what's your thoughts on it? Is it "teh 1337 sayce" (Notice use of qoutations), is it average, or a piece of garbage? It looks sick, but beauty is only skin-deep. I just wanted a marker, err blaster (Started playing paintball, different story) that is somewhat accurate and can shoot fairly far with minimal modification. So I ask for your humble opinions please. Sorry if this has been posted before; if it has, would you be so kind to provide a link?

Well I left these forums and Nerf-playing and got into paintball, via my brother's influence. I bought a marker, slapped some other goodies on it, and decided "Hey, it still isn't unique". So I painted it with Digi-Camo, with red a red and maroon scheme; dubbed "Blood Camo", by me. Here's the thread on a paintball, more specifically woodsball forum. Here's the pics for those of you too lazy to click the link and read the positive (Mostly) comments:

I used Krylon Fusion spray paint, a stencil generator I found online, some laminating sheets for the stencils so they were like stickers, and a lot of painters tape.

I just got an idea; why not make an electronic nerf gun? I'm talking one that runs solely on a rechargeable or replaceable battery. So it could be true semi-automatic (You don't have to cock it; only reload it.) They make electronic paintball guns that shoot insanely fast, like 30 balls per second*, but use an air tank. So maybe just using a battery could keep it safe( r ).

Can someone please give me a step-by-step guide on simple mods; removing air restrictors, etc. With pictures possibly. Trust me I have searched and everything. I want a step-by-step guide with pictures! because every time I try to replace something or take something out, I always end up throwing it out. I need pictures because I'm the type of person that is very visual, or spacial. I want to take out the restrictors on my longbow, and possibly put in a new barrel with minimal cutting. So minimal cutting = minimal mistakes that cannot be undone...easily. I really don't want to chuck another gun out. I ended up chucking out my tech target gun earlier after trying to put my paintball gun's barrel on there and actually having the dart come out. IT WASN'T THE BARREL!! I know that because I could make it go through with a small puff of air from my mouth. If I put the barrel vertical, the dart slipped through it fairly easily. I'm hoping to put it on my crossbow now without fucking anything up this time. YOUR HELP WOULD BE GREATLY GREATLY GREATLY APPRECIATED!! Thank you for taking time to read this block of text.

Yes I meant a crossbow. And I didn't toss it yet, it's pretty much rendered useless by itself. What can I do with the remaining parts? I think I have some NF parts too.
Edit: Ok I just ended up chucking my maverick agaainst the cement steps because I followed baghead's mod to the letter. I hot glued all around the edges, and it made it shoot even worse. Then I couldn't get the original poles back on, so I'm really pissed and about to quit modding because it seems like I can't mod any-fucking thing. I'm probably just going to keep everything stock, or just take things out that I can put things back in. But it seems like the Airtech 3000's and 4000's just suck completley, so now I only have 2 3000's and 1 4000, a Crossbow, and a POS Tech Target somewhere.
