You can take em off by ging into family settings in the options menu. Then you can play the user created content.

With the account. You can go to your uncle's house and recover your account as long as you have all the account information. Then when you go back to your house, just recover it there. I do it when I go to my friends house and we want to play coop or multiplayer live.

I have to agree with bam here, it looks surprisingly, a lot like the recon. :/

It is pretty much the pistol with a permanent barrel and stock. If you look at the body it is identical to the recon pistol.

I don't think it is a paintjob. I think he just colored it with a black marker. He might of done this to identify his guns.

Total Annihilation.

I played that alot when I was young, like 7 or 8 years old. It was really fun, though some of the maps sucked. I also have Total Annihilation Kingdoms but it isn't as good.
