That would be hard to make two of them next to each other. You would have to hollow one whole side out.

#17560 What Kinda Clips?

Posted by Ironman on 29 January 2004 - 10:32 PM in Homemades

People make them out of wood most of the time. It depends on whether your gun will be spring fed or gravity fed. This will help when deciding what material to use.

How do you make a gravity fed magazine?

#17589 What Kinda Clips?

Posted by Ironman on 30 January 2004 - 10:45 AM in Homemades

Is it not so blunty obvious that a gravity fed magazine would be powered by gravity, a downward pulling force? Well, it doesn't pull down, but inwards, but it appears down from where we are on the surface of the earth.
Anyways, yes, gravity fed it much easier to make.

Sorry, I was really tired last night and wasn't thinking. -_-

#34513 Tubing

Posted by Ironman on 19 August 2004 - 06:54 PM in Homemades

#34034 Tubing

Posted by Ironman on 15 August 2004 - 07:17 PM in Homemades

Sorry I wasn't thinking... I meant brass.

#34106 Tubing

Posted by Ironman on 16 August 2004 - 02:30 PM in Homemades

So really the measurement are not really what they say they are?

Bingo.

1/2" SCH40 PVC is around 5/8" ID.
1/2" SCH80 PVC is around 9/16" ID.
9/16" K&S brass is 17/32" ID.
17/32" K&S brass is 1/2" ID.
.
.
.

ad nauseum.

Nothing is the size it says it is, except for brass - and that's talking about OD so you need to subtract for wall thickness.

Materials Not Introduced by C: 7

I win, fuckers.

This is confussing and annoying...but I understand now.
