#9322 Bbb Issue

I took my BBB apart to paint it, and after I put it back together it won't shoot. I does shoot air just not enough to get to launch the dart. The entire barrel has been cut off right when it starts to get bigger and replaced with a 1/2" PVC coupler and 6" of PVC. Any ideas of how to fix it?

If you decide to single barrel it, I'd would buy/trade for O-ring on the with piece by the barrel.(You shouldn't need it if you sing barrel it.)

It's a cocking gun. I primes the same as a Mattel Maximizer, if that helps you any.

I reckon you're talking about angled range, 'cause all you did was make a really long barell.

No, it is a level shot. No wind on the day I measured.

The barrel only sticks out about 2" from the original barrel.

Thats not new, alot of people have petg'd ttg's.

THIRST

Yes, there are a few PETG mods out there, but none like the way I modded mine, and the result I got were better thanmost of those mods.

My only confusion is that it doesn't look like 8" of PETG in the pic.

Well, In the picture it isn't 8" of PETG. The first TTG I modded had 8" of PETG, but on this one I decided to experiment with 6". The results weren't as good as the first TTG I modded(Which was modded the exact same way.) so I put 8" in the write-up.

Don't get it....The trigger sucks. It's like a botton with bumps on it which makes your finger hurt after a while of using it.

My valve also blew.

I find the most effective use for a sspb is to just take your dart out of the barrel and hurl it at your intended target. The thing with SSPB is that they shoot about as far as you can throw the dart...

I just got a X-Bow, and I want to reinforce the plunger shaft. I was just going to put some metal rods and epoxy in the shaft, but I notice the there was a little piece of plastic that guides the plunger shaft into the plunger tube....Will the plunger shaft still go into the tube well if I cut this little piece of plastic out?

You can't replace the expansion (Ultimator style) spring.

That's the main reason I want to open up the gun, but why can't you replace the spring in it? Is the catch mechanism not strong enough to hold a bulkier spring?

A silencer most likely won't help. Since it's a spring gun the noise is caused by the plunger shaft hitting the end of the plunger tube. Silencers work best on air guns.

In my opinion it is better than the Lock n' Load. My Lock n' Load got ranges of 60-70 ft. on a good day, where as the TTG gets 86 ft. with a PETG barrel. The gun is more comfortable than the LnL because it is slightly bigger and has a bigger handle. If I were you I'd pick one up. You won't be dissappointed....

Larami 2500 and SM3K yellow were the same thing I thought?

The Lamari 2500 is the oldest brother to the 3K family. To my understanding, the main difference between the two is that the 2500 used air-presure to advance the barrels, and the the rest of the 3Ks used a catch, next to the pump, to rotate the barrels.

The only Ratchetblast internal pics I know of are Yakman's.

I've got some over at NerfHQ of the internals. I think the spring you are missing is the one that goes on the orange sight. If you lost it you can just take one out of a machanical pencil.

That game is actually pretty fun. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think I remember it ran on the Unreal Game engine. So the game runs really well, similar in many regards to Unreal Tournament. If you haven't played it, and you like FPS, it's fun.. You might be able to find it on Limewire or the likes..

This is The Czar. It's a pistol modded BBB with a LnL as the front grip(props to Zero for the idea), and a SM1500 attached to the LnL. It has PETG barrels.

That was problaly the hardest part of the convertion. I had to first hot glue it to the side to were I could pull the trigger to the 1500 without pulling the LnLs trigger. Then I simply put plumbers goop over that.

I myself am a Reds fan. I just came back from a game tonight...Did anyone get to see it? It was a sweet game. At the end of the 9th it was tied 3-3. Then Dunn came to the plate with two men on base and hit a home run to win the game(Making it his 17th homer, which is the most in MLB as of now).

I've modded a Power Bazooka before, and it's a great gun. I'd say with a CPVC barrel it reach about the 100' mark. The only thing is it takes a good 16 pumps to get decent range out of it.

Here's a picture of the "Just Toys" bazooka thing...
It gets about the same ranges a the Airzone one does. An interesting thing about the gun is, instead of a cylinder shaped tank, it has a cube shaped tank...
