These are a couple recent mods I've just done.

I would do some close ups but imageshack seems to always suck for me.

Anyways, there's a PETG old NF. A Crayola'd SMDTG.

And best of all, a removeable nested brass BBB. This has the most accuracy and range on any BBB I've had. I have two, this, and a Big Bad Sexy.

I don't see your "coupler" on your Techenstein. Obviously it's by the barrel, but that looks like the plunger. So, where is it?

All are modded except my LS

Yes those are baloons that I used for bands. Just pick up some of those balloon animal balloons (dollar tree), make chain of two, and put it on your NF!

I used 2. Also the balloons came with a hand pump I could use
for a new pump or something all for 1 dollar

There's my clean, couplered, signal launcher. I love it. I just need to know how to plug the pump. I think I have to cut the shaft open...

This is just a Magstrike with a chain. The only difference is the BELT is electronically fed. If the firing mech was battery powered, it wouldn't be full auto, it would be Semi.

I put my hair dryer on high heat and high air flow. I keep it in there for 1.5-2 minutes. Be sure to mix around the darts though.

Sorry for the double post, but I have a question: This is ONLY for people who have used loghelp foam.

I need to know, If this stuff fits in 9/16ths brass, or sch. 80 PVC. Mainly, I need any foam that fits in 9/16ths brass. But I've heard that Loghelp works. Is this true?

You could use super glue. I think it would be a waste. You can do it with hot glue.

CaptainSlug's method works great. I made 24 darts in like 10-15 minutes.

I just found 3 recons at target and 3 at Wal-Mart.

I only got one, but If they get, say, 60 feet with that spring mod, aR removal, and Barrel replacement, then I'll buy like 2 more.

Just for the fact they are pretty decent out of the box (compareable to an LS) and it's a pistol, makes it awesome.

And it's ROF is awesome, and it's sexy^^

Yeah, the gun has really super hot cosmetics but, the plunger tube is probably the size of a Nitefinders. MY nf gets like 60-70 ft (havent measured) the barrel might add some accuracy though

I've heard some people say they can't find brass at their Ace. Ask them for "K&S" metals. It is in the hardware section by the springs. It should be obvious when you see it, as the brass sticks out in the box.

Now, I know this has been discussed. But I have had NO luck.

So where do you find schedule 80 pvc?

I don't want to order online, I checked in the sprinkler aisle at Home Depot, the plumbing section at HD and the conduit section with no luck.

I have NOT searched TOO thoroughly at Lowes besides the plumbing section (kick-ass CPVC, fits my darts like a dream)

So, I want an answer from someone who HAS sch. 80 pvc and knows where they got it.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I HATE Forst King 1/2 inch FBR. Mine was so big it couldn't fit in 9.16ths brass it was so tight! Fit nice in 19/32 brass real nice though.

I never thought of buying 3/8 inch. Is it similar OD to Angels Red FBR?

Home Depot foam used to be too big for even 9/16ths brass. My brand new batch is different: It is a tad
smaller than fa24 foam, but bigger than Ace foam. Batchs vary though.

Use pliers instead. I took needlenose pliers and twisted the three supports and they snapped and everything pooped out like it's supposed to.

I just found out that the 9/16 PETG I found at my local pet store has a PERFECT seal in copper tubing. So if you want a breach other than the usual brass in brass setup, check out copper and PETG!!

I just got some sch. 80 pvc from ace. (Around 5 feet)

The fit is pretty loose. With Frost King foam, you can blow it back to the barrel, and with a loos efitting dart, it falls out of the barrel.

Anyway, what guns should you use it in? Air or spring?

I remember CXwq using it on his EAB, but usually you want a tight fit for springers.

I think the only way you'd be able to do that is with streamlines.

They will go to the back of any barrel. THeir accuracy is a problem though. So, try plugging up the hole on the tip of the streamline with a little bit of hot glue, and maybe even stick a B.B. in the hole.

I think CS came up with this idea, but cut off the hollow tip of the streamline. It works great! ANd it hurts more.

That'll solve your accuracy and stock dart problems, but I don't know if you want to use taggers, suction tips or whatnot.

BUT, he says the 9/16ths can fit in the sch. 80 pvc perfectly, mine doesn't. Does anyone know where I could buy some sch. 80 PVC that fits 9/16ths brass?

What is the highest strength spring that you can put into an LS without it breaking/having to reinforce the bolt sled?

And how can you reinforce the bolt sled if you needed to?

I'd say a BBB spring ALONE. not with the LS spring. OR a LS + 1st gen NF spring.

It's usually the Bolt sled, or the plastic part on the bolt that breaks. (The part that you put the metal pin through.)
