I am 13 years old, and I am very into nerf and modding. I personally prefer my modded Orange Mod Works stage 1 longshot as a primary, and secondaries vary. I love to mod but don't make homemades. I'd possibly be interested in meeting up for a SAMBO style war. I am also within a half hour of Boston; please contact me at pookman40@gmail.com if you're hosting anything. I've never really been to an actual war; just sitting at home shooting a wall all day. I'd be glad to finally get out there.

Just keep an eye on the war section, if a war is going to happen in Massachusetts it will be posted there. There is a super stock/sambo war in Rhode Island that will be starting back up in the spring for it's second year. I will make sure it will be posted on NH. 

It would be great there were other super stock wars in the area as long as they are not on the same day. So just keep it in mind.

For me driving alone, any super stock war within 2 hours (each way) of me I will go to. And possibly up 3 hours and up under the right situation. I would be willing to spend extra money for a hotel for multi days/events or better yet a scenario war.

I am looking into making one but I would buy one to save me the time and headaches. I would gladly buy from Kingbob, seeing and reading about his counters on here.

I would want two changes that I will pay extra for:

-counts up instead of counting down 

-smaller 7 segment screen that can fit in the back of the top rail of a rayven.

Of course then its a matter of stopping it counting at the right value. Otherwise if you keep pulling the trigger it'd keep counting.

 

The 7 segment displays i used are about 18mm high from memory, they're the smallest i could find.

That's on the user to know what size clip they put in and how full it is. It just need to reset to 0 when the clip is change.

What the length of that display? That might work, I need to take a took on rayven where I want it.

Measured them, they're 9.5x13mm.

That's look great. That right where I want it to be.

That's sweet looking, wouldn't be hard to include a reset switch near the mag release button especially in some battery guns

I was thinking of having it inside the mag well so putting a clip in would hit the switch and reset it.

Can anyone tell me where I can get a voltmeter that can handle 15 volts for my blaster?

Rivals either stock or modded are welcome, just keep the ammo unmodded. As Excellentastic said there have been no mod restrictions as of yet.

 28th [RI] Rhode Island Summer Nerf league 2016

War is this Saturday and the location has been updated.

I was in Batteries+Bulbs in Hanover and I started talking to an employee. He told me that a half of dozen nerfers came in looking for batteries and one of them spoke of warring in Boston Common. Have anyone heard of this war? Playing in the common sounds like fun but I can't find any information about it.

Due to a forecast of rain tomorrow this war is postponed to Saturday May 28th. Sorry! Hopefully the weather will cooperate next week.

What time will the war end around? And is it stock darts only?

I would be bring Voberry darts. I am asking because I like to have an idea what I will be getting hit with and it wasn't stated. I found that my glasses are fine for eye pro with stock darts. Now I just need to check on travel.

I will be there. Will we be near any trees/cover to keep my bag dry when it rains?

What kind of darts do you allow.

Is there an age limit if I wanted to bring some other people with me.

Any nerf or third party knockoff darts except FVJs.
