It is my humble opinion that cool Logshots belong in the mod PJ thread, where i have seen most of these already. EG. Echnalaid, Ice, Blacksunshine (not that you guys dont deserve a second round of praise.)

Id put an LSFG handle on there to reduce the phallic level, and so that its not so awkward to hold.

@SorrowX; I find Photobucket does a much better job of image-hosting than Imageshack. Also you dont have to deal with that "dumb test" bullshit.

It's not smoke, it's water vapor. The rapid pressure changes converts some of the air into vapor.

You get much of the same from a big blast or even a at2k.... actually my roommate shoots it into his mouth and blows vapor rings as a party trick...

...suprisingly enough, the ladies are left fully clothed after that one.

My recon's good for suppressive fire.

Suppressive fire (also known as covering fire) is a term used in military science for firing weapons at or in the direction of enemy forces with the primary goal of reducing their ability to defend themselves or return fire, by forcing them to remain under cover.
To be effective, suppressive fire must be continuous enough to keep the enemy suppressed - that is, to force them to remain behind cover. As long as the enemy can be kept fearful of the next round coming in, they will not consider moving or shooting back. If there is so much incoming fire that the enemy can not move or shoot without knowingly exposing themselves, the enemy is said to be pinned.

I just found one of these at big lots. Stock, it gets about the same range as a stock 2k, and only holds air half the time you pump it. It seems to leak air out the pump as you pump. I'm working on modding it now.

The copyright date on its box is "2008", so they're still being made.

It is my personal belief that Nerf Haters/Paintball goons RARELY have the patience to wait for 3 months for validation. I agree that the new members should be using the 3 months for COC studying but unfortunately thats not always what happens.

I know this is an incredibly hot topic, so I'd love to address it with the utmost grace and finesse.

Pros to the Quick-Ban

Nipping COC violators in the bud.
Keeping the board full of thoughtful posts rather than having to sift through mindless questions, assertions, bad grammar etc.
A sense of pride knowing that you didn't make that mistake.
A more time effective solution to violators.

Cons to the Quick-Ban

Many new members are banned before they can correct their behavior.
NHIC stagnates because of a lack of incoming youngsters.

I would love to edit this post to be more inclusive of extra pros and cons, if you have a suggestion to help please post.

I just tried bob's test and am sad to say the blue ones will not work for this but if anyone wants to buy it it's in my sales thread. And also would'nt this be fully auto?

Naw, fully auto would be, hold down the trigger and all 8 barrels shoot, one at a time. Fully auto would be Magstrike wildfire RF20 Powerclip status. That confused me for a while too, but i would take semi over full auto any day of the week.

This war kicked ass.

Thanks to the hosts for bringing the colored duct tape it worked amazingly even under the bizarre yellow lights. I'd love to push for an earlier war, (with breaks for food and stuff) so that it lasts longer! Everyone was wiped by 11:20 haha. Also maybe a couple short games to compliment those legit long ones? I was STUNNED how many darts came back to me.

San Jose Nerf / Team Supernova; get online! we need more normal people Nerfers.

MVP weapon of the night was DEFINATELY the LS/DTB combo. Redmark kicked some ass with that magstrike too though.

Overall way to fucking host.

I'd go with badwrenches advice hes kindof like the resident DS expert. I had a similar problem though, Theres a spring behind the trigger that doesn't effect the right barrel but is necessary for the left to work.

When I got mine the foam gasket had slipped so that it was covering the plunger-tube the glue on it is pretty week be careful with that. With a re-glue it works perfectly though.

Also, not to hijack this thread but If anyone is looking for one of these I have one up for Trade/Sale.
