Alright thanks, I think I am getting PETG with thinner OD.
DO you think 7/16 ID would be too small or still usable for good distances on the at3k.

I forget what a file is. I'll try sandpaper but im trying to get as little barrel stuff and sandpaper in the gun as possible.

My PETG is alittle thicker than cpvc. Could I get cpvc in there after thinning the barrels?

Also, I don't have a dremel and aren't dremels really expensive?

I have sawed the barrels down to about 5/16 in under the line, but cpvc and my petg does not fit into the barrel stubs. What barrel material could I use.
