Maybe...
Anyways, this is the finished product of my painted and modded nerf Stryfe.
This blaster has been painted in a scorched look and Ive added the worker Kriss Vector kit to it.
Pretty darn cool. If I say so myself.
Ive added an expanded battery door to the blaster so the batteries stay in the tray...
Ive added the door so the Ultrafire 18650 5000mah l-ion batteries would fit.
Nails were used to make the positive sides of the batteries to touch the contacts.

The winter forest Rayven is now modded to run on Ultrafire batteries
It uses two Ultrafire 18650 rechargeable Li-ion 3.7v 4200mah batteries.
Since the batteries are bigger, there is a bit of a bend in the battery tray, but it keeps them in place.
A hole was made to make room for two contacts on either side for the batteries to touch and deliver that power.
Adding those batteries gives the blaster a great boost, and the darts actually leave the barrel.
It adds a shorter rev time and more power to the darts leaving the barrel.
You all probably hate me now for using those batteries, right?
#362466 Do Tamiya motors work better if the batteries are in Parallel?

Hello all.
I have recently ordered some Tamiya Torque tuned Motors, and I was reading up on them and found out that they require 3v and require 3-6 amps each/
I was wondering if I'm using AAs, is wiring up two AAs in parallel enough amperage for the motors?

I decided to repaint this stryfe repaint that I did a long time ago
It was supposed to be the Elite XD stryfe but I never liked the look of it.
Here are the internals with stock motors and a rewire that I did a while ago.
And heres the internals now with an LED wired to the jam door switch.
These are the motors I used.
And the finished product.

Every primary needs a pistol to match with it.

This is the two halves of the shells drying.
The bolt sled was modified with spacers, they were just hammered down into the slot where the bolt used to go. The spacers were cut down, and since they werent tapped all the way through, I re-tapped them.
And the finished product.
The Tri-Strike name has paint surrounding it to make it look like a comet, of sorts.
And heres the pump action grip, made out of plexiglass so you can see the paint job underneath.

It has an integrated modulus rev trigger, and the stock switch (to rev the motors) is now used as a safety switch, switching it on allows the user to rev, switched off, you cant rev.
It does still house the pancake motors (bleh) because I havent found a way to get to them yet.
