So i have messed around with my machined pcsr a bunch and i have found some very problematic issues with it in the catch area. This can be blaster-breaking if not properly taken care of and can be quite hard to find the problem if you are not aware of it. So i hope the mods let me post this... so first off the screw that connects the fulcrum that pushes the catch up and the aluminum rod that is what connects the trigger and catch realease has to be loosened after every few hundred shots as it tightens up and doesnt let you release the catch. Another way to fix it is put a heavier spring on it. Another problem is having the catch spring get caught in the catch allignment plate. To fix this put the spring at the top of the screw every few hundred shots or put a locking washer to stop it from going down.

Vacuum loading can be fixed very easily. If you take a roofing nail and measure the nail to stretch from one side of the back of the wye to the other you nail it in, cut it down flush and than add goop. You will probably want to either lay the wye outside for 24 hours or cover it in duct tape as the smell is horrible and is not good for you. This will keep tje seal and no longer allow for vacuum loading. Make sure it is out of the way of the darts path though or it could affect the hoppering reliability.

Cant wait for apocalypse. I will be using a pump action pullscrt... Kane is nice enough to also give me a box of spare parts so i may have a loaner blaster or two made by the war. Will also bring extra parts if blasters break. If anyone has a about 20ft of delrin rod cut in 3ft segments let me know.

In a reverse plunger the airflow is directed into the plunger rod which is facing backwards. The breach is the plunger rod where the seal is formed at the end. The plunger tude is then what holds the spring load so when you press the trigger instead of the plunger rod moving up the plunger tube does. Now the problem with reverse plungers is since it is using an oring it does not allow for the use of a larger plunger tube this was a problem with the older models. Now the pnly reason the mega centurion is using one in my mind because hasbro doesn't want it hurting small children as it is pretty powerful for a stock blaster already.

It is most likely a blown micro switch. I suggest soldering in a new 15amp micro switch if you will be replacing it anyways.

You can use a different lipo but not the motors those are not 130 sizemotors.

Coupler use a 1/2 in pvc coupler than take a 1/2 cpvc coupler sand it till it is hard to push in the coupler but possible than stick a peice of 1/2 in covc in that.

If you 3d print a gear box you can change a turning motion like the hammer shot into a straight back and fourth motion like a strongarm.

This is a great guide aeromech. I have found similar guides and used them to find the prusa i3. They are extremely helpful and i know with the amount of people on this forum that use 3d printing or would like to use 3d printing may not know the drawbacks. It is great that you made this.

Mine is the full kit and takes 5 hours. Not the preassembled...

Why hello there boy and girls of the internet and nerf fans all around. Im sure you know that most writeups here on the 'haven use the imperial system and not metric. So how are other people from other countries supposed to make NIC blasters? Well they cant really unless they get special orders or get it from a US distributer! But this is where a new finding comes in! 3d printing filament made of petg. It is super strong and flexible and can survive the pressure from a fully grown male with just a bit of flex.

These rolls are cheap only being at around 20$ a roll. And it doesn't matter how high your 3d printer can print because you can buy a cheap 5$ soldering iron to melt it together. I found a huge warehourse for really cheap petg or clear pvc. 1 1/4 in id is only 4$ a foot and 1/2 is only $0.52. It is a bit stronger than average petg so dont rant about how weak it is.

So I have two main questions for this design. First off where is the trigger? It looks great but isn't the trigger on 15th century muskets prominent. Speaking of cosmetics to make it look more like the time try adding a fake bayonet. Second of all why don't you put in a [k25]-[k26] and make it a plunger rod system instead of a direct push. This will make it a lot more "a((urate" and make the ball shoot a bit further. I am pretty sure muskets fired farther than 15 feet.
