Just wondering, though, this means that Hasbro defines that as a rapid fire gun- so the Maverick is also a rapid fire gun? And why would they just pretty much rerelease the Maverick for a tag kit- I would think they would use a different gun. Due to that, I think the cocking think could be a pump- I've seen the design on a Light Storm LS10- in fact, they look very alike.

I agree with the cocking mech thing, but there is a neckstrap attached to it, so it would be hard to cock. I thought it would be like an A-Storm, but there is a trigger. Hot damn.The other one sounds like a PC knockoff. But at least it looks slimmed-down this time. Hopefully they maybe put some more durable internals in this one. The REV-8 seems like it has potential, just remove the light and hopefully we'll have another good gun.
Then again,
Those look alot like slides for a cocker. If they are, can anyone say 10-shot cocking gun? Hell yeah.
If anyone does go to the toyfair, please confirm if it's a pump or cocking gun. You'd have my... ok you get the point, just someone do it- I doubt my parents would let me FLY somewhere to see a toy festival.

SCH 80 is for micro stefans.Depends on what darts. If you are using Micro Stefans (naturally) you could use CPVC for the barrels. Basically, it is nearly the same as PETG and brass, but it is lighter than brass, but heavier than PETG. CPVC can be found at Home Depot I presume.
If using Zeros, Stefan Megas, or Nerf Micros, you could use PVC. SCH 80 is the recommended type, either that or SCH 40. But you probably already knew that.

I feel that NerfWorld is rather accurate, and all I saw unreasonable in Janga's list was an AT3K for 10 USDHow much do you mean when you say a little bit?^^^
NerfWorld isn't very accurate. I for one am on top of most of the prices, and those aren't always the best.
Anyway, all those guns have some sort of value. The manta, chainblaser, both secret shots and the triple strike will get you some pretty decent coin. The others won't earn you as much, but if you put them in a lot on Ebay then you could make a little bit.
, You could sell the AT3K and RF20 for 15-25 dollars on eBat, probably. I'd keep the SS2, and sell the SS1 and Chainblazer in a lot. That could get you, I dunno, around 25 dollars. The rest of the lot is worth only about 10-15 dollars based on performance.EDIT: eBay

Nerfnewbie- I'm in Buffalo. Some Targets gots 'em, some won't 'till March. Yes they are good. Bad part is, the barrel rotates just like an SM350
. Still, six 50-foot shots in 2 seconds... I'll take dual Mav's over my NF's or LnL's anyday. But not my SSII's.JT- You are thinking of the Hornet. The Maverick, N-Strike NiteFinder, and SSPB N-Strike are the new series. Chances are, there will be a new primary, like a SuperMaxx remake, secondary, like a PowerClip, and the Pistol is out. That's is just speculation, though.

That would be fuggin shweet.Hmm...although since i heard Hasbro lost the patent for arrows, is there any plans for new ammunition? Perhaps a 1"/1.5" OD projectile, like a super-dart with a massive suction tip? And is the Nerf Team focused on target shooting projects? (The N-Strike was cool with the TV thing, the Tech Targets had a nice gimmick...) I think a Night Strike line would be cool, with lit-up Targets and "Laser" sights (like the nightfinder and eagle eye) would be very cool. Because, don't the gimmicks sell the toys?One of our primary regulations deals with the kinetic energy density of a projectile that is fired using stored energy (like that of a spring or air). The kinetic energy density is equal to:
KED=(0.5 m v^2)/A
where m is the mass of the projectile, v is the initial velocity and A is the impact area of the projectile. We have to assure that all of our blasters meet a certain value or less for KED.
We can shoot the Titan missle so much further than regular darts because the impact area (ie the dart tip) is so much greater.

If you keep the barrel on, you'll need a ramrod to shove the dart all the way down. This actually INCREASES the reload time. And it won't fall out if you shove the barrel in the coupler.
