Is it absolutely essential that the top to be clear. I know the bottom tube has to be clear for the catch,, but is it absolutely essential for the top tube?

It's not essential for either to be clear. Clear tubes are just helpful for putting those circular plates/the handle in.

Blaster Restrictions-
-Sceptors and Doomsayers are allowed
-No Super Soakers
-Nothing that was designed to fire anything larger than a mega dart w/o the stock OPRV intact.
I reserve the right to spot-ban anything I or other attendees deem unsafe.

Dart Restrictions-
-Slugs and their variants are allowed. Craft foam padding is okay with at least 2mm of padding.
-Silicone tips and such are allowed.
-If you're using something other than a felt pad+washer/round weight, shoot me a PM with a photo/description sometime before the war to make sure you're not making hundreds of unsafe darts. Again, I reserve the right to spot-ban anything that's deemed unsafe.
-Try to keep the weight equal to or under 1.1grams.

Lunch-
We'll likely end up doing a group pizza order for lunch, but if you'd like to bring/buy your own lunch, feel free.

Age-
Please don't attend unless you're at least 13 years of age. If you're over 13 but just super immature I reserve the right to ask you to stop playing/leave.

Eye Protection-
Eye protection is mandatory for all participants.

Shields:
-Manta Rays and Laser Fang wings only.

Barrel Taps-
If you're within a couple of blaster lengths of someone, be courteous and and don't shoot them. Lightly tap them with your barrel, then fire a round into the ground. That will count as a kill on them. Use common sense, please.

Please post below saying whether or not you can attend, and what date/location works best for you. Also, if you have advice for venue choice, please post below or PM me (for example, if you know of a better venue in the area, or one of the three mentioned above just suck). Please bring guests/friends/family if possible! The more the merrier.
