Well first refer to this this picture from cxwq. Tell that show all of the internals pretty much. The only difference is that the peices are blue not orange like yours are.

Have you done a spring replacement Frost? I didn't have any problem at all till I relplaced the spring, then I couldn't even cock it with out it collaspsing. The cpvc I used would probably reduce weight, also only 4 peices total worked great.

Yeah, I know that hurts. I had a spring replacement done though. I used 4 pieces of cpvc in the back, It works great. The metal rod idea would reduce weight though, interesting.....

The spring is to short so it will still work but have a very loud noise.Would I have to do anything to the ace #49 like tempering?

Ok....
1.So what your saying is that 17/32 brass would fit inside of 18/32 inside of 19/32?
2.And yes i am planning on using shells, would they work with brass. As in, brass breech and brass shells? And if it would help i need it for a titan...
3.And CaptianSlug, i head that 1/2 CPVC has the appropriate ID for stock darts..... Is this true?

1. Yes but dont go looking for 18/32 brass, its 9/16
2. I am not sure if it would work, you may need an ejector.
3. Cpvc fits the the body not thehead of stock darts. The breack wont work if you use stock darts.

1. It will have a better seal if you add another o-ring. You can get them at most hardware stores.

I'm quite sure thats a tek 10 from buzzbee, I have the tek 6 modded, its better than the mav modded but the tek 6 is a bitch to mod.

I just drilled and dremeled till the sucker could come out. You Mainly just need the air flow restricting piece out, but I took out the all the pieces.

I have not been able to get it to stay on for a long period of time but..... i attached a nf plunger rod to the cf plunger. I bought this stuff called Power poxy to attach them for good, its specifically for plastic.

I dont understand why nerf makes a fake air tank!
I am quite sure that that was used for water so if I am correct that bottle isn't doing anything for the gun, please correct me if I am wrong though.

60-70, for the most stinging pain about 1 foot.
I am going to have to say that those are a little high, my barrel modded crossfire can only hit about 60.

Do you use taggers or stephans, taggers fire better in cpvc than stephans, in my experience anyways.

Retiate: I did take it apart, I just taped off part of it to reduce friction and stuff.
Ok I resized them to much but I got one to good sized, Good learning experience, Thanks guys.

I started this mod but then decided i should do a write up.
1. Open up gun(self explanatory)
2. Time to cut, Cut the middle part out, leave either side.
No need for this piece anymore
3. Glue a 5" piece of Cpvc onto the plunger, super glue with epoxy over it was best for me.
4. Dremel down this piece until the Cpvc fits
5. Here is the new plunger assembly:
6. Now put it back together, And you are done! Internals:
I painted it also, i still need to get the barrel but i like it so far,
Ranges: about 55' flat with taggers.
I realize some of the pics are big and some are small, this is my first experience with online photo posting, I will try to fix it, does anyone know why it wont let me resize some of the pics?
