I am thinking of holding a nerf war in Doncaster. If you live in or near doncaster or sheffield then you may want to come.
1.there are not many outdoor NIC wars where i live/ near where i live
2.i want to know if anybody who lives in doncaster/near doncaster would like to go to a outdoor NIC war.

If you could come then please do!!! i can guarantee that atleast 4 people will be there. maybe more. but i could really do with others coming aswell.if you live near sheffiled and are intressted then see me, or if you live all they way in london then see me.just leave me a message or somthing because i dont vene know any nerfers in doncaster or sheffield. so if you would like to go through with this then say somthing!!! and if you could see about bringing friends.I must warn you though, THIS IS NOT CERTAIN TO HAPPEN, IF LESS THAT 4 OR SO PEOPLE DONT SAY THEY MIGHT COME OR WILL COME THEN I WONT HAVE ONE!!! if there is any nerfers from doncaster or sheffield then i would like you to sent somthing to me or somthing. even if oyu are not comming then say somthing.

IF IT WAS TO GO THROUGH THEN THESE WOULD BE THE RULES:

BRING:
At least 1 gun.(they will be provided if dont bring or it brakes)
a good atitude.(it doesnt matter if you get shot or stuff, just be posative)
some bullets (stock darts, stefans, or really anything will do unless its a giant missile, or could genrally hurt sombody)
glasses (compulsory. have to bring.)
a lunch (i dont know how long this would last but probably about a day)
£5 (i am not rich so renting out a feild or somthing for a day wont be free. if i find a free one. then dont. if you find i free one tell me. we may use it)
Mates (as many as possable.)
Possible games we could play ( iv got a few but i am open to suggestions)
i dont know about melee wepons, but if we have a zombie round or somthing then yea.

DONT BRING:
Paintball or airsoft guns
a bad atitude
really powerful guns
painful darts
painted black guns (if they are painted black you can borrow one of mine or shove of)
Real guns (just in case some idiot says somthing like "i brough this cas my dad has one" or somthing.)

First a little bit about us...

NH Boffer Fighting is just one part of our family of activities at our multi-use facility. Over the years we have offered a variety of different pursuit sports both privately and publicly including airsoft, paintball, laser tag, boffer fighting and now Nerf. We are well versed in various game styles including flag, elimination, scenario, role play and prop based games. We�ve handled games from 8 to 155 players at our 26 acre facility.

Our playing area consists of wooded, field-like, and CQB areas with a variety of structures throughout. Our terrain is mostly flat with scattered field-stone walls. Sneakers can be used, but boots are highly recommended. Currently, the field is covered approximately 50% by our free WiFi system. Water, sport drinks and sodas available for purchase onsite with lunch delivered from the local, award-winning pizzeria. We also have power available as well as clean, well maintained porta-potties (including a locked, girls only porta potty).

What To Bring:

GOOD ATTITUDE - playing for fun, attitudes not tolerated
Nerf Blaster (...obviously) - realistic/painted blasters allowed as we are a secure, private field
Darts and Discs (we sell neither so bring what you need!) - no exposed metal on DIY darts
Eye Protection
Money for Field Fee, lunch and drinks (cash only)
Boots (highly recommended)
Parent or legal guardian to sign waiver if under 18

In terms of safety, keep it sane in regards to blasters and darts. If you have to wonder �Would this be allowed?� the answer is most likely no.

Kingston Inaugural Nerf Games (K.I.N.G)

Date: Saturday, June 9th, 2012
Time: 10am until everybody has had enough.
City: Kingston, Ontario.
Location: Lord Strathcona Public School 251 McMahon Ave K7M 3H4
Directions: Take the 401 whichever way will get you to Kingston, exit at Sir John A MacDonald Blvd and head southish until you come to Glengarry Rd on your right, turn onto Glengarry Rd. Take your first left at Avenue Rd and follow that until you get to McMahon Ave and turn right. The school will be on your right an is hard to miss.
Map:

Admission: There will be a charge of $10 for this to cover prizes, materials, and most importantly, badges.

Rules:
-Eye protection is mandatory
-No singled Titans, assorted Shit Cannons, plugged Big Blasts, or converted water guns. (must have a minimum of 3 barrels firing at once)
-This is not daycare, and I'm not your babysitter, act your age or older if need be.
-No age restriction, having said that, no mercy. 13 and under needs to have a parent/guardian present all day. (see above)
-No shields, Manta excluded obviously.
-No melee
-Barrel tapping is ok with me, stabbing not so much. A Barrel tap is when you tap somebody with the side of your barrel.
-No exposed metal tips on barrels.
-No primarily black, brown or camouflage painted blasters, if you must bring them, cover them in bright coloured tape.
-If it's not yours, don't touch it without asking.
-Dart sweeps are for everybody, and don't just pick up your own darts, pick up every dart you see.
-If it comes with you, it leaves with you. (pick your shit up)
-Swearing is fun, just don't yell it
-Use common sense when selecting blasters to bring, if its too powerful you will not be using it.
-NO MASKS, PAINTBALL OR OTHERWISE. Don't need anybody thinking we are playing paintball.

Dart Restrictions:
-No exposed metal
-Slugs will be heavily scrutinized
-Spherical or washer weights only, nothing pointy.

What to Bring:
-At least 1 primary
-Sidearm if you feel like it.
-200 darts
-Previously mentioned mandatory eye protection.
-Water or other means of quenching thirst.
-Lunch, there is also a few fast food places and a Loblaws close by.
-Good attitude.
-Stuff breaks, so bring extras for yourself and others if you are so inclined, my personal supply is mostly being used by my guests.

Games to expect:
-3:15 deathmatch
-Wingman
-Defend the core
-Lifeline
-Blob
-Tower Defense

Trading:
-Before the war starts, during lunch, and after the war are the only times you should be doing this.

-General duchebaggery will not be allowed, and we will tell you to GTFO.
-Don't bring all Black or camo guns.
-No age limit, but if you're getting annoying we will tell you to leave.
-Gun hits count.
-No shields, no exceptions.
-Barrel taps allowed, just don't jab at someone.
-No singled Titans/Cobras/etc. (of course you can bring them for fun)

Lunch:
Midday.

Trading:
I'm allowing open trade, however this is not an open invitation to bring all of your shit and try to pawn it off. If you're trading when your name is called for rounds and you don't notice, you will be left out for that round.

Dart restrictions:
Slugs. Don't bring shit ones. If you're concerned about their quality talk to me. If you see domes or slugs falling apart on the field just throw them out.

What to bring:
-At least two primaries
-Stefans (I'd say over 200 since we like to get some objective games in)
-Water
-Lunch or money for lunch
-Stuff to trade (within reason)

-I'm going to be removing barrel taps, as the rules seem to cause a bit of confusion. So be prepared to get hit from 5 ft away by something powerful.

What to bring:
-Nerf/non-nerf blasters, and homemades. If not, people usually have extras.
-Darts (#6 slugs, stock, or provided ammo only)If you have a question, ask here.

-Eye Protection, if you're not wearing any, you don't play. I don't care if you're 13 or 45.
-Lunch and water. Not much in the area as far as food.
-Proper attire. Nothing too crazy.

What not to bring:
-Slingshot weighted darts, glue domes, unpadded ammunition, etc. #8 slugs are not cool anymore either. Darts will be tested and checked if needed.
-Air guns with an air tank larger than a Mega Missile.
-Anything else will be determined on a case-by-base basis determined by the host(s).
-Blasters that are painted black. Extremely bright blasters are encouraged.
-Kids who are ≤13 years old must have their parent(s) present the entire time they are participating.

Miscellaneous Information:
-No Deathmatch (you won't have to sit out)
-Barrel tapping is not allowed.
-If you are being a douchebag I will ask you to leave.
-Please clean up after yourselves, makes my life easier.

Philly Area Nerf War, Round Two!

Hey guys, we had a great war on Saturday, let's keep them coming.

Date: June 16th, 2012.

I've asked Gears to take over, due to potential scheduling conflicts.

There are two parking lots. Go to the northern one, the one from which you can see the playground.

If you can't come by car, Pepper Mill Road Station is in view of the park, so take mass transit!

Blasters Restrictions: Singled titans and the like. I reserve the right to spot ban anything deemed unsafe.
Dart Restrictions: Slugs only - if you can’t make them, there are plenty of people in the NIC who can sell you some.

Age Restrictions: Anyone under the age of 13 will NOT be allowed to play. The only exception being an older sibling/parent/guardian PLAYING with us. We're not going to take care of your kids.

Anyone who is not considered mature enough for this activity, regardless of age will be dropped from the rest of the day's activities. This includes, and is not limited to dealing with complaining about pain from taking hits.

The standard SoCal rules apply for eye protection and banned blasters
what that means is eye protection is Required for all players, even those over 18. if you are spotted without eye protection I will make you go and get some or you can sit out for the round.
also the following are not allowed on the playing field pending my approval: Blasters painted black, singled titans or 5ks, homemade airguns, pump replaced 4bs, other homemades excluding plusbows, snaps, or Ryan#'s homemades (pacs, rainbows, aabows, etc.). If you are not sure about your blaster pm me. If your blaster is painted black it will be covered with bright marking tape. Also if I feel that a blaster is shooting too hard I may ask you to play with something else so bring backup blasters.

Housing is also something we local guys usually don't mind doing so if you are coming from out of town and need a place to stay speak up about it here or book a hotel room.

Many questions have been asked about blasters and darts. Here is your answer.

If your blaster is not on the ban list and has been allowed at wars with no special rules then bring it pending approval.

If your blaster is not on the ban list and has been banned and other wars don't bring it.

If your blaster is sketchy about safe performance you may bring for approval, but bring a blaster that is within safe standards for back-up.

Legal dart options include:
glue domes, slugs, and silicone heads

No "sub-optimal" or "super" domes

No exposed metal

Hatboro-Horsham Nerf Outing Information

Hello, as of recently I decided to host a nerf war and decided on the park near my house. I am posting this to get possible dates that might be of interest, and who could attend.

Location:Jarret Road Park ----- 726 Jarrett Road, Horsham Pa 19044 (most likely)

Time: 10:00 A.M. until 5:00 P.M. Please arrive on time.

What to Bring:
- 1+ Primaries
- Pistol
- Darts

What NOT to Bring:
- Painful Darts
- Anything that can be considered dangerous by the attendees. The attendees will decide.
- Anything too “mil-sim”

Relevant Information:
- Respect the Park, the People, and their Property.
- Follow all rules. They are for your own good.
- Ask questions.
- Barrel taps: Must tap then discharge your loaded blaster on the ground immediately after.
- Shields will be allowed in certain rounds by decision of the other attendees. Pistols or melee only when using a shield.
- All ages are welcome, however you must follow the rules and realize the blasters you are facing may hurt. Attend at your own risk.
